Chapter 5 · Staking, Governance & Revenue Sharing
Staking turns token holders into long-term participants: it grants voting weight, a share of ecosystem revenue, and priority access to ecosystem benefits.

5.1 The staking model
Holders stake SVYX into the contract and gain weight based on two factors: the amount staked and the lock-up period. Weight is not merely a reward multiplier — it is the same weight used for governance.
| Benefit | Description |
|---|---|
| Governance voting power | Staking weight equals voting weight. Holders vote on community proposals such as parameter adjustments and fund usage. |
| Ecosystem revenue sharing | A portion of ecosystem revenue is distributed to stakers by rule, sharing long-term returns with ecosystem growth. |
| Priority ecosystem benefits | Tiered benefits such as early access to new features, service-fee discounts and eligibility for ecosystem events. |
5.2 Staking tiers
| Tier | Lock-up | Weight |
|---|---|---|
| Flexible | No lock-up | ×1.0 |
| 30 days | 30 days | ×1.1 |
| 90 days | 90 days | ×1.3 |
| 180 days | 180 days | ×1.6 |
| 360 days | 360 days | ×2.0 |
Weight affects both voting power and revenue share. Specific parameters are subject to the formal mechanism.
The tiers above are examples from the whitepaper's planning stage. Final parameters will be defined in the staking contract and announced before launch.
5.3 Governance structure

Governance is organized in three layers, each with a distinct mandate:
| Layer | Members | Mandate |
|---|---|---|
| Synavoryx Foundation | Foundation | Ecosystem strategy, reserve fund management and global compliance. |
| Community DAO | SVYX stakers | Voting on proposals; decisions are published on-chain. |
| Technical Committee | Technical experts | Technical roadmap review, security audits and protocol upgrades. |
5.4 Proposal flow
Every proposal follows the same four-step path:
- Proposal initiation. The proposer must meet the staking threshold.
- Community discussion. Public review and revision of the proposal.
- On-chain voting. Staking-weighted voting with verifiable results.
- Execution and disclosure. The Technical Committee executes the decision and discloses the outcome.
5.5 Revenue sharing and long-term alignment
A portion of ecosystem revenue is distributed to stakers by rule. Because the same weight governs voting and revenue, long-term stakers accumulate both economic upside and decision-making influence. This aligns the people who secure the network with the people who shape its direction.
Priority benefits — early access, fee discounts and event eligibility — are tiered by staking commitment, giving long-term participants additional reasons to remain engaged.
5.6 Scope and disclosure
The community governance mechanism will be opened progressively where technically and legally feasible. Specific rules are subject to the governance contract and official announcements. Revenue sharing depends on actual ecosystem revenue and is not a guaranteed return.
Nothing in this chapter constitutes a promise of yield or financial return. Staking involves lock-up risk, including early-unstaking penalties where applicable.
